Feedback
“As a student at JKU, taking part in this boot camp and having the opportunity to work with such an innovative and positive team has really inspired me to incorporate more innovation into my everyday life.”
- Theresa Kloibhofer, student at JKU
“As a student of international business administration at Johannes Kepler University in Linz, I recently had the privilege of participating in a dynamic 3-day boot camp. Our instructors were in a league of their own—knowledgeable, talented, and charismatic. Their passion for innovation was contagious, making the learning experience truly memorable. The course material went beyond theory. It delved into the mindset of an innovator—the curiosity, resilience, and willingness to iterate. I now approach challenges with newfound enthusiasm. The boot camp emphasised that success isn’t just about outcomes; it’s about embracing the journey. This mindset shift has already impacted my studies and personal life positively. To anyone seeking growth and inspiration, I wholeheartedly recommend this boot camp. It’s not just a programme; it’s a transformative experience.”

The tutors
Anja Svetina Nabergoj:
Anja is a lecturer at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford University. Over the past 15 years, she has developed her own unique approach to teaching innovation processes and fostering creative thinking among executives and senior managers at leading global companies.
Her teaching draws on the latest insights from leading neuroscientists, psychologists and anthropologists, and is designed to inspire leaders to change their behaviours and mindsets, and create environments that foster innovation.
Some of the behavioural shifts include taking greater risks, learning from mistakes, embracing radically diverse project teams, and helping employees embrace ambiguity, which is an essential part of creative problem solving.
Scott Sanchez:
Scott is a people-centred leader with expertise in product management and design, customer-centric innovation and collaborative leadership. His recipe for success is to use deep insights into companies to create simple yet effective products and experiences that inspire customers.
Scott has built and led innovation, product and design practices in organisations across multiple industries, including Deluxe, Nationwide, First Data and Visa. Prior to joining Visa, he spent eight years in product management at Intuit. While Scott is an experienced hands-on practitioner, he also is passionate about supporting others on their growth journey.
He is a lecturer at Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (the ‘d.school’) and at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
