Where can I find what in the new navigation?
- The menu item "My Products" contains a clear listing of all your products.
- Under "Services" you can find functions for a number of different products, e.g. the Finance Manager, Markets & Prices and a practical self-service area.
- With the menu item "Orders", you always have an overview of your payment transactions and their status.
- "Open products" shows the full range of current online offers, e.g. credit cards, an online credit or contract extensions that you can easily manage from home.
- A click on the letter icon brings you to the latest news in your Mein ELBA mailbox.
- Our practical news function (bell icon) keeps you up to date on your products and banking.
- Profile lets you select individual settings or use further functions.
- With a click on the log-out icon (outer right hand side), you can safely sign out.
How can I quickly make a transfer?
The easiest way is to start the Hallo Mein ELBA function. Simply click on the arrow next to "Transfer funds" on the start page.
Mein ELBA makes your transfers particularly easy. When you enter the name of the recipient, the smart recipient bookmark function automatically shows you the contact data for all recipients who match your entry and have previously received your transfers. Simply select the desired recipient and the data, incl. IBAN, will be copied.
How can I change the order of my products on the start page?
Click on the editing pencil under the Product cards on the start page and select "Change product order". The product overview under settings will open, and you can then easily change the order of your products via drag & drop (three lines to the right). Your new order will also be transferred to the menu display "My products“.
How can I customize my start page?
To change the settings on your start page, click on the edit symbol (pencil icon) on the left side under the product cards.
Select "Change product order" to instantly modify the arrangement of your banking products.
Assign tags: You can assign categories for every transaction on the transaction list and also set tags for specific transactions.
The function “Add module” brings you to an overview of available modules on the start page. Simply select the desired module and save the change.
With “Edit start page”, you can change the position or size of existing modules and add new modules if you want. Don’t forget to save the changes, and your individual start page is complete.
