Company Debits and MBS Orders
The following new functions for debits and MBS orders are now available in Mein ELBA (Internet Banking):
Mandate creation for debits
In the account overview, under “new direct debit”, you can create and edit mandates by clicking on a separate line mandate. Click on (+) to create a mandate.
A window will open where you can enter the necessary information for the mandate. Click on “Invest“ to store the mandate for further use.
MBS Orders
The “MBS orders” function lets two authorized signatories sign an order. On the right side of the menu, you will find the function “MBS orders” – you can mark these orders individually and sign them by clicking on “Display selected MBS orders”.
MBS ARCHIVE
You can review your signed orders in the new MBS Archive. Use the toolbar to change between “open MBS orders” and the ”MBS archive”.
